2. Intellectual Property
All content, including high-resolution photographs of artefacts, research metadata, and 3D scans, are the intellectual property of GNMC Gopinath Metal Crafts. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for historical accuracy, many artefacts are subject to ongoing academic research. Provenance and dating are based on the best available expert consensus at the time of publication.
4. Digital Conduct
Users must not attempt to scrape data, bypass security measures, or interfere with the auction portal's encryption. Any such attempt will result in an immediate permanent ban and possible legal action.
5. Antiquities & Heritage Compliance (Pre-1860 Classification)
Under museum curatorial policy and statutory heritage compliance, items designated and catalogued as antiques represent authentic historic artefacts produced before the year 1860. Traditional artisan creations, reproductions, and contemporary metallurgical crafts are explicitly catalogued separately from statutory pre-1860 antiquities.
